Job Description: This is a high-impact Category Management role focused on business development and aggressive growth in the US HPE sales segments. The person in this role will own the product strategy, pricing, and positioning while working closely with direct and indirect sales teams to drive execution. They will develop and execute strategic plays, demand generation, and marketing initiatives to capture market share. Modernizing Legacy and Siloed Data Platforms: Enterprises remain locked behind increasing data silos running on expensive, aging Unix-based systems. These silos trap data and limit access to the insights that drive modern business. Critical Compute empowers customers to break down these silos by moving vital workloads to scalable, modern platforms built for transformation. HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 Launch: Our most powerful mission-critical server to date—with 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, up to 32 TB of shared memory, and classified by IDC as an AL-4 platform (the highest availability tier). This system is built for the core workloads that run the business: SAP HANA, Oracle, EHR, ERP, banking, and large-scale in-memory analytics. It provides the reliability, performance, and scale needed to unlock the full value of data. Hybrid Cloud and In-Memory Readiness: We continue enabling customers modernizing toward hybrid cloud architectures through solutions such as SQL on Azure Arc, while delivering extreme performance for in-memory workloads that require real-time analytics and sub-second responses. High-Performance Virtualization & HPC: Scale-up VMware and HPC deployments on Superdome architecture support the most demanding, ultra-stable workloads—reducing server sprawl, simplifying management, and improving performance for distributed and latency-sensitive applications
