A Typical DayThis position is responsible for executing procurement responsibilities related to MRO supplies, personal protective equipment and maintenance materials. Success in this position is primarily measured by the coordination with our vendors to ensure on time delivery, best in class price and in the right quantities required to support all areas of the business.
Requirements
- High School diploma and 2 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 1 year related experience or Master’s Degree.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, and ISM CPSM certification
- Experience working with and managing suppliers to ensure cost/quality/delivery expectations are met
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, equipment and other categories as assigned.
- Manage and process requisitions from other functional groups.
- Monitors, prepares analysis and reports on KPI’s as identified by team.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service at all support levels.
- Manage the cost, quality, and delivery of material purchased.
- Monitor and communicate order status for categories assigned. Follow-up, track and expedite deliveries as needed.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain team to ensure inventory accuracy.
