About The Position

Responsible for providing administrative support or facility maintenance within the selected department for a designated period. Responsible for completing routine administrative or seasonal facility projects as needed.

Requirements

BE ACTIVELY ENROLLED OR PLANNING TO ENROLL IN COLLEGE
MUST APPLY UNDER A PERSONAL (NON-BROTHERHOOD) EMAIL ADDRESS
APPLICANTS MUST PARTICIPATE IN A ZOOM INTERVIEW TO BE CONSIDERED FOR SUMMER EMPLOYMENT IN THE CATALYST PROGRAM
MUST WORK A MINIMUM OF SEVEN WEEKS WITHIN THE 12-WEEK PROGRAM
Demonstrate knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Must possess mathematical, organizational, and people skills.
Must be able to multi-task, be accurate with details, and maintain confidentiality.
Must possess and demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, reach, and stretch to perform manual labor duties and repair equipment.
Must be able to climb a ladder and work outside during adverse weather conditions.
Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff members.
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited college/university for the proceeding semester (proof may be required), or a college graduate in the prior semester.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to operate power equipment.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
