This posting invites individuals to join the 2026 Cat5 Resources Disaster Response Training Camp, which is designed for those interested in working in real-world disaster response and critical infrastructure support. The training offers a hands-on, practical approach to how Cat5 Resources operates in the field, rather than classroom theory. Participants will learn core skills for emergency power operations, including generator deployment and setup, hardwiring generators to live sites, fueling operations and logistics, basic generator troubleshooting and maintenance, and field communication and reporting procedures. The camp prepares individuals for roles such as Disaster Response Technicians and Command Center Disaster Response Coordinators. All disaster response roles are seasonal and deployment-based, with team members being notified via call, text, or email when deployments occur. Availability for every event is not mandatory and does not impact future opportunities.
