How you'll make an impact Your Role: Casualty Broker (Wholesale Insurance) As a Broker, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth—connecting Retail Agents with national markets and delivering exceptional underwriting solutions through strong carrier relationships. What You’ll Do Grow Your Book: Prospect and develop new business through networking and relationship-building with Retail Agents. Be the Expert: Develop deep knowledge of high-risk wholesale insurance solutions across product lines, industries, and risk types. Deliver Results: Analyze submissions, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure coverage for complex risks. Lead & Influence: Educate partners on RPS’s full range of solutions and, when assigned, mentor and guide support teams. Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and carrier guidelines to ensure profitable growth. Travel as needed: Engage with clients as needed.
