This position involves investigating, analyzing, evaluating, and settling insurance claims related to liability issues and bodily injury losses. The role requires performing complete liability, coverage, and bodily injury investigations, determining the validity of claims, verifying coverage, establishing the value of losses, and negotiating settlements within authority limits, adhering to established procedures and legal/contractual obligations. The adjuster will also coordinate claims handling with multiple adjusters. A Credit Bureau Report and Criminal Background Check may be ordered for final candidates.
