About The Position

Provide information and assistance to CCCH Guests with Castle Club membership, accounts, redemptions, and special event ticket purchases.

Requirements

  • HS DIPLOMA
  • Minimum 6 months’ previous experience in guest-facing, service industry, required.
  • Must possess excellent communication (verbal, written) and people skills.
  • Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Must have exceptional Guest service skills.
  • Must possess mature judgement and the ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining professional composure and be able to de-escalate tense situation.
  • Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
  • Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
  • Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
  • Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the Casino industry, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administrate Castle Club duties in an accurate, proficient manner while providing excellent service to Guests, Vendors, and Team Members.
  • Enroll new Castle Club members daily, meet established department goals and quotas.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with CCCH policies, procedures, and all governing laws.
  • Maintain current and accurate knowledge of Casino services, amenities, promotions, and events.
  • Assist with special events and promotions, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
