About The Position

We are seeking a Casting & Talent Coordinator supporting the Senior Casting Producer across multiple scripted productions. This role combines hands-on casting support with talent coordination responsibilities, including serving as a key liaison for high-profile talent. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, proactive, and passionate about casting and talent relations. This is a high volume, fast-paced, quick turnaround casting environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years supporting a Senior Casting Producer in an administrative capacity within casting, an agency, or a network or studio environment
  • Experience acting as a liaison between production and high-profile talent, agents, and managers
  • Strong knowledge of talent agencies, networks, and industry workflows
  • Familiarity with IMDb, Breakdown Services, Casting Networks, and Cast It preferred
  • Experience managing talent and coordinating submissions
  • Strong pop culture knowledge, including film, television, music, digital creators, and sports
  • Demonstrated interest in casting and talent development
  • Passion for casting and talent relations
  • Strong social media knowledge and comfort sourcing talent online
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile talent
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours or short-notice changes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Casting Producer in identifying, researching, and sourcing talent for productions
  • Post and release breakdowns across casting platforms
  • Review, organize, and track self-tape submissions
  • Edit, export, and upload actor materials including auditions, demos, and selects using iMovie, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and QuickTime
  • Serve as a Talent Coordinator and primary point of contact for high-profile talent, agents, and managers
  • Serve as a communication point between casting, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through
  • Assist with talent contracts, travel arrangements, scheduling, logistics, and VIP relations
  • Coordinate talent availability, schedules, and materials while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Maintain accurate records of talent submissions, bookings, contracts, and communication
  • Assist with general casting administration and day-to-day workflow across multiple projects
