About The Position

TubeScience is the fastest-growing producer of performance-driven video content. We partner with some of the world’s most innovative brands to create, test, and scale videos that deliver measurable results. Our Casting team discovers and connects with the talent that makes every piece of creative shine. We’re looking for a Casting Assistant to help our casting team move faster by handling database research, talent sourcing, and administrative tasks. You’ll dive into our talent database of 8,000+ profiles, quickly identify candidates who match creative requests, and handle the detail work that keeps our casting pipeline running smoothly.

Requirements

Highly organized — You love databases and keeping things current
Fast and responsive — You hit tight turnarounds without sacrificing quality
Detail-oriented — You catch what others miss
Clear communicator — Fluent English, strong async communication
Smart and resourceful — No casting experience needed, but you learn fast and take initiative
Available during LA hours — Latin America time zones preferred

Responsibilities

Source talent from our database — Search 8,000+ profiles to identify strong matches for new requests with a 1–2 hour turnaround
Manage talent records — Update statuses, track responses, and maintain accurate information
Compile talent decks — Format Facebook links and profiles into presentation decks for the creative team
Track pipeline status — Monitor candidate progress and ensure accurate status updates
Support logistics — Handle administrative tasks for talent onboarding and casting updates
