About The Position

Cast Members portray lead characters, townspeople, and ensemble roles in a scripted production, with occasional in-character improvisation as required. The role involves frequent, direct interaction with guests of all ages to support an immersive show environment. Certain positions require singing and choreography, while others may include fight choreography and limited stunt work. Some Cast Members may be assigned multiple roles or serve as understudies for lead characters.

Requirements

• Ability to work up to long days with prolonged standing.
• Prior acting and/or improvisation experience.
• Prior work in theme park events and non-traditional performance environments.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptive to an ever-changing environment.
• Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and late hours as production schedule may dictate.
• Commitment to working under shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Memorize and perform scripted scenes while portraying multiple characters.
• Learn and execute staging, music, choreography, and fight choreography as required.
• Learn and memorize new dialogue within assigned timeframes.
• Learn, perform, and maintain their own a cappella vocal part.
• Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and performance standards.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive work environment and report related concerns to management as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
