Requirements

Valid ID required.
Gaming Permit needed after hire (bonus if you’ve got one already)
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills—Microsoft Office, time tracking, phones, fax, etc.
Physically up for the job including standing, lifting, and moving
Comfortable enforcing rules while keeping the vibe relaxed and fun

Responsibilities

Be the captain of the floor.
Lead by example and coach in real time
Train and guide your team so they’re confident and successful
Hire new team members who vibe with our island energy
Keep guests happy, relaxed, and taken care of
Handle guest concerns with calm, cool resolutions
Own the day-to-day including schedules, paperwork, inventory, and operations
Keep the space clean, safe, and island-fresh
Read and follow procedures and policies for operating video poker machines and other equipment
Stay on top of licenses, permits, compliance, and company standards
Collaborate with upper management and share ideas that drive results
Keep a cool head while managing cash, drops, balances and reporting with strong math skills
