About The Position

This position provides a high level of professional customer service to casino guests by establishing and developing relationships that result in return visits to Greektown Casino-Hotel. Maintain a high level of player recognition and service by establishing and developing relationships with casino guests Encourage the enrollment of club services to both slot and table games guests Encourage the use of the GT Rewards card by rewarding rated play with the issuance of complimentary offers to qualified guests Communicate with other casino team members to gather information and ensure customer service Set up reservations for customer services and follow through to ensure level of service is maintained Respond to guest requests, questions or problems in a timely fashion Follow up with guests after departure and maintain contact to ensure return trips Maintain current guest information Prepare daily Casino Host report Attend special events Keep senior leadership appraised of any problems or critical situations that arise Ensure compliance with Michigan gaming regulations Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities Other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and the desire to provide our Greektown Casino-Hotel guests with an exceptional gaming experience
  • Must demonstrate a positive public image
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, accurate and concise manner, both orally and in writing is required
  • Must be computer literate
  • Ability to analyze, problem solve and use good judgment to make decisions in demanding situations is essential
  • Must be able to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies and procedure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information required
