The Casino Host will manage all aspects of a customer journey while on property, simultaneously coordinating with Executive Casino Hosts on pre- and post-trip planning. You will report to Player Development Shift Manager, and the Director of Player Development. Primary Tasks: 1. You will provide guest service including greeting guests in the casino, participating in social events/special promotions and making transportation and accommodation arrangements observing the players' needs. 2. Manage database of mid-level players to build loyalty and produce repeat business while identifying new players on the casino who meet the hosting criteria. 3. Resolve service failures; take immediate action to resolve service gaps and cement player loyalty by using comp authority or making exceptions. 4. Resolve difficult situations with guests. 5. You will evaluate a players current and potential worth according to the parameters of the comp guidelines to build loyalty and maximize return on investment. 6. Manage hotel fill quota, Rev Par goals and coordination with Executive Host Team, and other employees. 7. You will enforce compliance of all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies. 8. Identify methods to increase efficiencies and improve products or services. 9. Perform other tasks as assigned.
