Description Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an assigned player portfolio in accordance with established ADT, Theo, and reinvestment guidelines Develop relationships through consistent outreach, on-property presence, and personalized service Coordinate guest reservations, promotions, and on-property experiences Track guest activity and communications accurately within host systems Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Support special events, promotions, and hosted activities as needed Maintain compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies Qualifications Internal candidates must be in good standing and meet internal transfer requirements Previous casino operations, marketing, or guest-service experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Working knowledge of Caesars Rewards (or comparable loyalty programs) preferred
