JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our cage team. Responsible for performing “even money” exchanges with patrons and employees. Have a thorough knowledge of, and comply, with all cage policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience handling cash is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Have thorough knowledge of, and maintain strict compliance with, all policies and procedures related to the cage operations.
- Perform “even money” exchanges of currency, chips, tokens, and coins with patrons.
- Exchange coin, chips, and tokens with the vault cashier to maintain adequate currency levels.
