About The Position
FUNCTIONS STATEMENT: Service customers by maintaining control over all cashier activities in the Casino. MAJOR DUTIES: Responsible for operating cash drawers and verifying various cash tickets. Responsible for accurate pay out transactions. Responsible for balancing drawer at end of shift. Maintain compliance with gaming procedures and regulations. Provide friendly and courteous customer service. Responsible for operating cash register. Compute daily receipts and balances. Prepare revenue intake report for supervisor’s signature of approval at the end of each shift. Requirements
- Knowledge of single entry ledger accounting principles.
- Knowledge of operating an electronic cash register.
- Knowledge of standards of cleanliness as prescribed by various compliance andenforcement agencies associated with the casino industry.
- Knowledge of the characteristics of appropriate and inappropriate greetings andinteraction with guests and customers.
