About The Position

As a Casino Cage Supervisor, you will be at the center of our financial operations, leading the cage team to success. From balancing banks and ensuring compliance to delivering exceptional guest service, you’ll combine precision, integrity, and leadership to keep everything running seamlessly. By guiding your team, supporting MGM Rewards programs, and upholding our service standards, you’ll help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and employees alike.

Requirements

Possesses 2+ years of prior relevant experience with cash handling and/or customer service
Holds a high school diploma or GED
Brings the ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team

Responsibilities

Oversees quality standards, delegates tasks, compiles shift reports, and validates transactions per internal controls
Supports the Casino Cage Manager in balancing banks and ensuring Title 31 compliance
Provides exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and handling inquiries promptly and professionally
Coordinates with Workforce Management and Cage Manager on staffing schedules and attendance to maintain proper staffing levels
Assists in Human Resources duties, promoting guest service, teamwork, and employee satisfaction, and ensures training aligns with the company’s diversity commitment
