Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance or property management, with prior leadership experience in a multi-family environment preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance; ability to lead and develop a team.
- You own and know how to use basic hand and power tools , can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
- HVAC/EPA Certification .
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening .
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction and team excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations : Manage all aspects of property maintenance , including repairs, installations, and routine inspections, with a focus on high quality and timely completion.
- Lead with Excellence : Lead, train, and motivate your team to maintain company standards, respond promptly to requests, and support an outstanding living experience.
- Hands-On : Diagnose and fix a wide range of areas, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
- Welcoming Spaces : Inspect new units that are coming online. Inspect all vacancies to determine make-ready needs and e nsure quality turns for our new residents by creating a welcoming and comfortable living space.
- Preventative Maintenance : Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment, building systems, and amenities operate optimally and meet safety standards .
- Safety First : Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and your team members.
