About The Position

We are looking for people with positive engaging personalities that smile through a head set, speak clearly and show genuine care for the guest experience. Full time employment is an average of 30 hours a week. Everything we do is rooted in respect for our employees. P. Terry's believes that the crewmembers are the backbone and foundation of our success. With that in mind we made the industry leading decision to pay our full-time crew members a $15.00 minimum wage after their first 90 days of full-time employment.

Requirements

• Must be able to multitask
• Must have a food handler’s permit
• Be able to lift 40 pounds
• Have a 'yes' to the guest and each other mentality
• Need to have stamina to maintain good energy over the shift

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system

• Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus, but not required
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurant’s needs
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
