About the position
TA Travel Center is a renowned provider of fueling services and convenience offerings, serving travelers across various locations. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Cashier to join our team in Osseo, WI. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the best service possible while maintaining accuracy in transactions. Starting pay $19/hour.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter and exit, providing them with information about services and products.
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the cashier and dining areas clean and well-organized.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Dependable with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
