The position involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and ensuring they find what they're looking for. Responsibilities include providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand's promises. The role also includes engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additional duties involve participating in truck unloads, stocking, planogram processes, and ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store through merchandise recovery and maintenance. The position requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, promoting a positive image, and serving as a role model for other team members. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role.
