Responsibilities
- Practice good personal hygiene and follow all food safety precaution guidelines.
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Answer phone calls and complete phone orders and transactions.
- Upsell to complete guests' meals.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
- Discount purchases by redeeming coupons.
- Collect payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and make change for cash customers.
- Operate credit card authorization systems.
- Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Pack all food guest requests to go.
- Help with kitchen equipment cleaning.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired.
- Years of retail or restaurant experience desired.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make change and perform basic math skills.
- Attention to detail.
