About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and hard-working Cashier to join our team at Premier! As a Cashier, your main focus will be managing the front counter, handling range lane check-ins, and ringing up retail sales. You will provide excellent customer service by ensuring all transactions run smoothly, taking payments, and issuing receipts. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a professional attitude who enjoys helping customers and working in a team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register.
- A professional and helpful attitude with customers of all experience levels.
- Willingness to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and actively assist while they are shopping.
- Work the register to ring up sales, collect payments (cash/credit), and complete transactions.
- Manage the range counter to check in members and customers for the shooting range.
- Handle rentals and lane assignments for shooters.
- Maintain a solid knowledge of product inventory to assist customers with their selections.
- Participate in product promotion events and initiatives to drive sales.
