About The Position
To apply customer service knowledge to assisting customers with their purchases and questions, continuously incorporating positive customer-focused strategies. Handle cash and trade transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Open availability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Motivation to serve our customers
- Able to efficiently and accurately complete sales transactions
- Ability to de-escalate situations that may arise in a retail work environment, working with the public
- Cash Handling and POS knowledge.
- Able to adapt to a flexible working schedule with early mornings, evenings, mid-shifts, and weekends
- Must maintain a clean, orderly counter area free of clutter, in front, on top, and behind
