Requirements

Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Good math skills
Basic PC knowledge
Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
Ability to stand for long periods
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values
Ability to multitask and prioritize task

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage

Responsibilities

Greet the customers with “ Bienvenido’s” and a smile
Entering food orders using cash register POS System
Handling Cash and credit transactions
Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
Accept cash and return the correct change
Maintain a well-stocked salsa bar, drink cup lids, and napkins before and after shift
Clean dining room, and cashier station
Maintain Beverage Fridges stocked and clean
Upsell products Sides, Drinks, Aguas Frescas, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and follow all food safety and Health & safety guidelines
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Take pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
Completes other duties as assigned by the MOD( Manager on Duty)
