JOB SUMMARY: The Cashier is responsible for processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently while providing quality customer service and safeguarding company assets.

- High School Diploma or GED, basic math, reasoning skills.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and use the hands to handle objects, tools or controls.
- Successful performance requires vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service
- Memorize PLU codes and maintain updates on new produce
- Handle customer cash, credit and change transactions
- Identify merchandise that does not scan
- Bag groceries
- Assist shelving, stocking and dusting when needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
