About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, providing a unique menu selection that includes scratch-baked bread and pastries, as well as incredible soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

Requirements

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards (shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic and time of year, starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 10pm Monday - Saturday)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• MUST HAVE AFTERNOON/EVENING AVAILABILITY

• 1+ years customer service/serving experience
