About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of prior Relevant experience cashier, retail, or Food & Beverage environment.
• Must demonstrate a proficient commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional guest service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries about menu items, promotions, or casino offerings, and resolving or escalating concerns as needed.
• Accurately process guest transactions (cash, credit, vouchers, player comps, promotions).
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all workstations and surrounding areas.
