About The Position

Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for the use of sound judgment; and compliance with policies and procedures. Must be a self-starter and be able to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and company goals. Assists with a number of projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of customers.

Basic water safety skills

Must be able to work flexible hours on the needs of the property
General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements

Responsibilities

To greet and create an environment where the guests will be welcomed in an appropriate manner
Provides the highest level of customer and guest services, expedites any and all requests from vessels
Clean restrooms, office and other equipment and areas as requested
Performs opening and closing job duties
To answer all the telephone calls and convey the messages correctly and promptly to the appropriate persons
Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and pricing.
May have to operate cash register in an accurate and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints.
Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor.
Other duties as assigned by management.
