About The Position

Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for the use of sound judgment; and compliance with policies and procedures. Must be a self-starter and be able to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and company goals. Assists with a number of projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of customers.

  • General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements

Responsibilities

  • To greet and create an environment where the guests will be welcomed in an appropriate manner
  • Provides the highest level of customer and guest services, expedites any and all requests from vessels
  • Clean restrooms, office and other equipment and areas as requested
  • Performs opening and closing job duties
  • To answer all the telephone calls and convey the messages correctly and promptly to the appropriate persons
  • Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and pricing.
  • May have to operate cash register in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
