About The Position

Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cashier to join our dynamic team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers at our store, responsible for providing a positive shopping experience through efficient and friendly service. You will operate cash registers, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and assist customers with their purchases and inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt service at the checkout.
• Scan items and ensure pricing and quantities are accurate before processing sales.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise in the checkout area as needed.
