About The Position

As a Cashier, you are the final point of contact for our guests and a vital part of their shopping experience. We are looking for an accountable, friendly individual to process transactions accurately while ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your efficiency and positive attitude directly contribute to our store's success and guest loyalty.

Requirements

  • Strong basic mathematical skills and a high level of attention to detail to ensure balanced drawers and correct change.
  • Enthusiastic individuals with strong time management skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A reliable teammate who follows established policies and procedures consistently.
  • The ability to deal with customers pleasantly and professionally, even during busy hours.

Responsibilities

  • Scan items, process payments, and handle cash transactions with excellent accuracy.
  • Greet every customer with a warm welcome, resolve questions, and provide helpful information about products or store policies.
  • Issue receipts and accurately redeem stamps and coupons.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy checkout lane and assist with bagging, boxing, or wrapping purchases to ensure items get home safely.
  • Keep clear and accurate reports of your transactions throughout your shift.
