Greet customers as they enter the store and thank them for their business upon exit

Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment in compliance with company policies
Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and general store information
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
Follow proper procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Uphold company standards for customer service excellence

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math proficiency
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
