Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Weekend availability
- Seafood Knowledge
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Accurately take orders and process payments (cash, credit cards, digital payments)
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated to the kitchen
- Handle cash and balance register at the beginning and end of shifts
- Assist with packaging takeout orders and coordinating with the kitchen team
- Provide exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Follow all company policies and food safety standards
