About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Perform repetitive motions such as scanning items and bagging purchases while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist with janitorial duties including cleaning work areas and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a safe environment.
• Lift and carry heavy items as needed to restock shelves or assist customers.
• Answer phone calls professionally, providing information or directing calls appropriately.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
