Assists customers both in person and on the phone with purchase of parts. Greets and screens customers, vendors and other visitors including staff. Answers general questions and directs to areas in the facility or specific individuals. Answers incoming telephone calls in a timely and courteous manner. Identifies caller s needs and responds by giving both general and specific information and products and prices. Processes payment for parts, handling cash, credit cards, etc. Inspects both inbound and outbound customers for parts and tools. Maintains a presentable showroom. Other responsibilities as assigned.
