About The Position

The Cashier is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and receiving payments at the store register. This role requires experience with duties such as customer service, cleanliness, cash handling and teamwork. This position works closely with the back-of-house team to ensure all orders are consistently correct and that we are always exceeding guest expectations.

Prior cashier experience
Experience with Square POS
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional hospitality
Go above and beyond to resolve guest issues
Maintain an organized and clean environment
Follow all cleaning procedures, schedules, and checklists
Follow appropriate food handling procedures and standards
Accurately and efficiently check out guests
Ensure accuracy of all cash drawers and follow appropriate procedures
Collaborate with coworkers to provide a best-in-class experience for our guests
Help to achieve the goal of being every guest’s “Favorite Neighborhood Pizza Shop”
