Requirements
- 1+ year of retail experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work on your feet
- Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo (for full-time hires)
- A people person who loves helping others
- A clear communicator with a positive attitude
- A team player who’s not afraid to jump in and get things done

Responsibilities
- Greets customers with a smile and offers helpful service
- Operates the register and handles transactions accurately
- Keeps the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Restocks and rotates donations and maintains displays
- Supports promotions and helps with dressing room upkeep
