DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet guests, answer questions, and provide a positive experience Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments accurately, and issue receipts Ensure accurate orders and serve products to guests Maintain cleanliness of the counter and service area, wash dishes, and other minor housekeeping tasks Keep inventory organized and replenish items as needed Assist in preparing, packing, or serving pretzels and related items
