About The Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Supervise, train, and motivate crew members to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards Oversee all aspects of pretzel production and effectively assign team roles/responsibilities Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for high-traffic periods Resolve customer concerns and provide feedback with brand-appropriate responses Coordinate catering or event requests Generate weekly/monthly sales reports as needed or directed Ensure the team follows all food safety, sanitation protocols, and equipment cleaning procedures Handle inventory management, order supplies, and maintain accurate sales and operational records Monitor sales goals and assist in executing promotional activities to drive store profitability QUALIFICATIONS : At least 18 years old Must have a strong background in restaurant/food service or hospitality Prior experience in a food service supervisory role a plus Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with POS and basic office software Ability to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs Operate with a "solutions-oriented" mindset Interested applicants can apply directly at www.visitowa.com/employment
