About The Position

Quirk currently has an opening for a Full-Time Cashier at Quirk Chevrolet in Braintree, MA. This is an opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group. The role involves assisting customers with service and parts check-out, accepting payments, balancing the cash drawer on each scheduled shift, completing daily deposits, scanning electronic documents and filing them, greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, and assisting management with administrative tasks such as answering phones and other office tasks.

Requirements

• Must have basic math skills and be comfortable handling forms of payment
• Must have basic computer skills
• All employees must complete a pre-employment background check, physical, drug test, and motor vehicle record check (if applicable to position)

Nice To Haves

• Previous Customer Service/Retail/Cashier experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the Service and Parts check-out process
• Accept payment from customers
• Balance the cash drawer on each scheduled shift
• Complete the daily deposit
• Scan electronic documents and file in the designated area
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist Management with administrative tasks such as answering the phones and other office tasks assigned
