About The Position

The Lemonade Stand Server is responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing and serving lemonade and light refreshments, handling cash or electronic payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming stand. This role is ideal for individuals under 21 looking to gain customer service and teamwork experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and basic safety rules
• Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Prepare and serve lemonade according to provided recipes and guidelines
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and/or digital payments responsibly
• Keep the lemonade stand clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow basic food safety and hygiene practices
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the stand as needed
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
