The Cashier assists customers both in person and on the phone with the purchase of parts. This role involves greeting and screening customers, vendors, and other visitors, answering general questions, and directing individuals to appropriate areas or staff within the Greeley facility. The Cashier is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, identifying caller needs, and providing information on products and prices. Key duties also include processing payments for parts using cash, credit cards, and other methods, inspecting inbound and outbound customers for parts and tools, and maintaining a presentable showroom. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
