Responsibilities also include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members participate in stocking and planogram processes, manage merchandise recovery and returns, perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and support shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies is required, along with positive and respectful interaction with others. The position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
