About The Position

The Cashier serves as the primary contact for guests and team members upon arrival in the outlet and on the phone at Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo. This role involves greeting customers with enthusiasm, educating them by presenting and explaining the menu, answering questions, and preparing gourmet beverages, pastries, and ice cream by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques. Additionally, the Cashier is responsible for maintaining inventories by replenishing and restocking supplies. To excel in this role, candidates must embody core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy
Follow instructions without close supervision
Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Must have 1 year of F&B experience
Must be 18 and older to drive the company golf cart
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
Applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate (except where prohibited by law)
