About The Position

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Part‑Time Retail Attendant for our on‑site retail/marketplace in Orlando, FL. This entry‑level, guest‑facing position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast‑paced retail environment and want to grow within a major hospitality brand. As a Retail Attendant, you’ll assist guests with purchases, restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate transactions, strong customer service, and consistent store standards. This role is hiring immediately and provides hands‑on experience in retail, hospitality, and point‑of‑sale operations. Requirements

1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred (entry‑level applicants welcome)
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Ability to learn POS systems and cash‑handling procedures
Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and basic inventory processes
Understanding of safety, sanitation, and loss‑prevention standards
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail in cashiering and product management
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move merchandise as required

Responsibilities

Support daily store opening and closing procedures
Provide warm, friendly customer service throughout the store
Assist guests in locating products, answering questions, and making recommendations
Promote sales by highlighting promotions and upselling when appropriate
Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system accurately
Handle cash, card, and digital payments following company policies
Maintain a clean, organized checkout and sales floor area
Restock, rotate, and replenish merchandise across all retail areas
Ensure accurate labeling, pricing, facing, and signage
Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance
Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies
Set up and maintain seasonal or promotional displays
Perform additional duties as assigned
