About The Position
Provide customer service to in-store customers including point of sale transactions, range traffic, membership support and class bookings.
Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Able to lift 50 pounds while standing
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to type on a computer for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Range Traffic Control (65%) The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the orderly check-in of customers in and out of the range. This will include inbound phone calls and reservation coordination with the lanes; accurate accounting of the different forms of tender and ensuring customers entering the range have the proper safety equipment.
- Customer Service (25%) Support customers with general questions about the range, pricing, basic offerings of the business.
- Administration (10%) The incumbent will be responsible for regular ammunition counts of range ammunition, class signups and other duties as assigned.
