Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring precise calculation of bills and change for customers. Provide excellent hospitality by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner. Efficiently handle incoming orders, accurately input them into the point-of-sale (POS) system, and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Familiarity with the restaurant's menu offerings, including meats and accompanying sides, to effectively describe items and recommend additional purchases to enhance the customer's dining experience. Maintain a neat and organized cash register area, including proper storage of cash, change, and related supplies. Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
