About The Position

Montrose Kia of Sheffield is seeking a full-time Automotive Cashier/Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role is essential in creating a positive impression of the company and requires a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual. The cashier will handle transactions, answer inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to multi-task
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Able to clear a pre-employment background check
• Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience is a plus but not necessary, training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner
• Receipt cash, checks and credit card payments
• Balance and reconcile cash drawer daily
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Answer customer inquiries or direct customer to appropriate contact
• Assist with filing duties and other administrative tasks as needed
