About The Position
The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a team member for their store in Suffolk, VA. The position involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and delivering on the Brand Promises. Team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
