About The Position
The Head Cashier plays a vital role in customer service by ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service at the checkout. This position involves overseeing Cashiers, processing transactions, and maintaining the Self-Checkout area while providing support and training to other Front End Associates. The Head Cashier is responsible for minimizing shrink and addressing customer issues effectively.
